ORDER
It is a petition seeking direction to the not to harass the petitioner and his family members by compelling them to handover the custody of the petitioner's daughter namely, Anishka, D/o.Balaji aged about 3 1⁄2 years to the 3rd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. Therefore, it is submitted that the presence of the petitioner is not required by the respondents.
