ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and fix the four boundaries of petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.16/1B, Ward H, Block 34 in Old Survey No. 23/1A, measuring 755 Parma Colony, Paramakudi Town, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent 2/4

to consider the petitioner's application and after satisfying himself about the entitlement of the petitioner, shall proceed to conduct survey with the assistance of the second respondent and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 29.11.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
