ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. On coming to know about the corruption activities of the higher officials/proposed accused, the petitioner has preferred a complaint to the respondent police. When the same came to the light of the higher officials/proposed accused, they are stated to have threatened the petitioner herein. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint against them. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit

that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post and yet, a fresh copy will also be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
