PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1 to 4 respondents to remove the encroachment made in Survey No.95 situated in municipal town survey ward D Block 15 Periyakaruppanadar Road 3rd Street Sivakasi, allotted to 4th respondent for public purpose vide L.P/R(M.R) No.32/76 approved by The Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning Madurai and consequently direct the 4th respondent to take appropriate action as against the 9th respondent and make use the land for public purpose and welfare activities and other amenities of the people residing in Sivakasi.
