This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to take appropriate and necessary action as against the respondent Nos.3 to 6 on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.05.2021 made to the second respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation in the form of the complaint dated 31.05.2021 made to the first respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On the date of previous hearing, i.e., on 02.08.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this 2/4

matter was listed today i.e., 14.08.2023, under the caption "For Dismissal". However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. 14.08.2023 NCC :
