O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to take immediate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against his brother for transfer of ownership of the vehicle, bearing registration No.TN-59-BV-8343, which belongs to their father, without the consent of the petitioner, who is one of the legal heir. In this regard, he sent a representation on 11.11.2024, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl side) for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed on 12.01.2025 after conducting elaborate enquiry. Moreover, the petitioner also filed private complaint and the same is pending in C.C.No.99 of 2024.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the Page No. 2 of 4

representation of the petitioner was already considered by the second respondent and the same was closed on 12.01.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication.
