ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents not to act upon the Form VII that has been issued by the first respondent for the purpose of approving the School secretary of the 4th respondent School.

2.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent by proceedings, dated 05.05.2021, has already granted the approval based on the Form VII submitted by the 5th respondent.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.

4.The first respondent is directed to serve the copy of the proceedings, dated 05.05.2021, to the petitioner immediately. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is aggrieved.
