ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 23.11.2022 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.20159 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi was taken cognizance in C.C.No.79 of 2023.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 28.06.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet: yes / No trp 2/4
