PRAYER :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court III, Thanjavur and to complying the conditions imposed by the Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 1680/2026 dated 29.01.2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to comply the conditions in Crl.OP(MD)No.1680 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 1680 of 2026 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
