PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.475 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated time. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.475 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the investigation, the complaint has been closed as mistake of fact and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur on 07.08.2017. The copy of the said final report has also been served to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in the Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
