ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after dispensing with the notice to the private respondent, namely, the respondent no.8 for hearing.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that the second respondent will dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 16.11.2023 against the order dated 17.11.2022 passed by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, with above directions. It is needless to say that before passing such order, the private respondent no.8 shall be heard. There shall be no order as to costs. Index : Yes / No 23.04.2024 Internet : Yes / No apd 3/5
