This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.20444 of 2025 in Crl.MP(MD) No.13554 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.1096 of 2024, dated 02.01.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to 1/4

appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.20444 of 2025 in Crl.MP(MD) No.13554 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.1096 of 2024, dated 02.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every fortnight, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
