ORDER

It is a petition seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to file a final report in the above crime No.152/2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. This Court by order dated 11.08.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15123 of 2015, directed the respondents to complete the investigation and to file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after conducting investigation, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 17.08.2015 and the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner herein by post.

5. Under such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law based on the closure report. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is directed to hand over the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as it is submitted that the closure report has not been received by the petitioner herein.
