ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. Due to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, various proceedings are pending before the family Court, Trichy, including a petition for divorce. While so, it is the case of the petitioner that at the instigation of his wife, some of them have threatened the petitoner with dire consequences. Therefore, a complaint has been given by the petitioner herein. Since the same was pending with the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
