ORDER

It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in crime No.32 / 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after conducting investigation, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and a closure report has been submitted to the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. Under such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law based on the closure report.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
