ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.
