The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.26 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024, has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel on either side submit that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.26 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024, a writ appeal has been filed in WA.(MD)No.2891 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court, by its order dated 07.10.2025, has granted an order of interim stay.

3.Since the Division Bench has seized of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed.
