ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint given by the petitioner is that the petitioner bequeathed some of the properties and dug a Well in the said property. While so, after some years, when they returned to their native village, the Well was demolished by the proposed accused persons is the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, a complaint came to be lodged.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 13.06.2016 on the finding that the dispute is of civil in nature and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post and yet, a fresh copy will also be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
