O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no.2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent without any valid reason has frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and thereby harassed the petitioner. Therefore, he sent a representation date 26.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the same was closed and no any harassment made by the police officials as stated in the petition.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

Since the prayer is to not to harass the petitioner and the 2nd respondent police based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main petition itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
