Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the respondents to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal dated 05.06.2020.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that the petition mentioned appeal will be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Taking note of the overall facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 05.06.2020 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent may take any appropriate decision as per law. The respondent has to necessarily put all the stakeholders on notice before passing final order.
