This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai District to split up the case, consequently complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.9 of 2014 pending on his file within the time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for the very same relief, this Court has already passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1996 of 2018, dated 08.02.2018 by directing the respondent to take steps to execute the NBW's which are pending against the accused nos.2 and 3 within a period of one month and also directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to dispose of the case, in accordance with law, at early. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner shall co-operate with the trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In the light of the above, this Court is inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.

C.C.No.9 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
