ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that on 25.02.2016 when the petitioner was laying boundary in his ancestral property, the proposed accused came there and abused him with filthy language. petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed on 29.02.2016. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner by post. 5.As it is represented that closure report has already been sent to the petitioner, it is open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
