No.4294 of 2020 ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Balamuruganantham, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6752 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020, to the petitioner, for a period of two weeks, to surrender before the Special Court for the exclusive Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 cases, Sivagangai. 2.Being satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and finally, a further period of two weeks from today is granted for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court, as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6752 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020.
