O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Parimala, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.No.241/PG CAMP/DC(C&T)/TRC/2020. He would further submit that after due enquiry, since the dispute between the petitioner and the said Parimala is civil in nature, both of them were advised to approach the competent Court of law for establishing their rights and thereafter, the enquiry has been closed on 10.08.2020. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
