PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.04.2018 and investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the First Information Report based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.04.2018, investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.142 of 2018 on 04.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC. The copy of the First Information Report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, she can seek her remedy before the appropriate forum.
