PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.319 of 2019 dated 12.08.2019 on the file of the respondent, within a prescribed time framed by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.319 of 2019, dated 12.08.2019.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that after registration of the above referred First Information Report in Crime No.319 of 2019, the same has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, Soolaimedu Police Station in reference No.113 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, is recorded.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, since there is no First Information Report is pending on the file of the respondent police, no further order is necessary in this petition.
