ORDER
Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner wanted this Court to pass certain directions so as to protect the rights of the writ petitioner. I indicated that the petitioner can as well file a fresh writ petition. The petitioner shall serve the papers in advance not only on the learned government counsel but also on the learned counsel for the fourth respondent/college. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the fresh writ petition will be filed on 13.06.2022. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent states that they will cooperate for the early disposal of the said writ petition.
