O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.203 of 2009, dated 28.12.2009 on the file of the respondent under Sections 120(b), 465, 467, 471, 475 and 471 of IPC within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.203/2009, under Sections 120(b), 465, 467, 471, 475 and 471 of IPC against the petitioner, but, so far no final report has been filed before the concerned jurisdiction Court. At this stage, the petitioner is present before this Court.

3.Mr.K.Suyambulingabharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation shall be completed within a week and the final report shall be submitted before the concerned jurisdiction Court at an earliest.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.203 of 2009 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdiction Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
