: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining t the impugned order passed by the second respondent in O.Mu.No.2339/E1/2014, dated 01.04.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the annual increment to the petitioner for the service period rendered by him from 01.07.2009 to 30.06.2010 in the third respondent college.
