ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.303 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The defacto complainant is one Mrs.Indhira Vijayalakshmi. When she was walking in front of Jeeva Hospital on 14.04.2018 at about 5.10 a.m., the person, who was walking behind, snatched 5 sovereign thali chain from her. Thereafter, he escaped in a two wheeler which was ridden by another person. The police have arrested the person who snatched the chain and it was also recovered.

The said person in his confession statement implicated the petitioner herein. A reading of the First Information Report would clearly show that the crime was committed by two persons. The person who was involved in the crime has implicated the petitioner herein. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases to his credit. petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
