************ This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file the charge sheet in Crime No.57 of 2015 dated 27.08.2015 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.This Court, in exercise of its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., directs the respondent police to file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, in Crime No.57 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police under due intimation to the de-facto complainant, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
