The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 07.06.2021 passed by the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the first respondent has recalled the impugned order dated 07.06.2021 vide proceedings dated 29.10.2021 and as of now, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
