*********** [Order of the Court was made by ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.] This writ petition has been filed challenging the Eviction Notice issued by the third respondent under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

This writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass final orders under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, pursuant to the impugned notice, dated Nil, issued under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, after giving due consideration to the reply if any submitted by the petitioner. Till final orders are passed, respondent shall not disturb the possession of the petitioner over the property. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
