ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking grant of anticipatory bail. The petitioner was married to one Sasidharan on 01.06.2017. It seems the marital relationship between the two of them have strained, leading to filing of cases on the both sides. The petitioner is said to have filed M.C.No.4 of 2018 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, seeking maintenance. In the meanwhile, the petitioner's mother-in-law has given a complaint dated 29.06.2018.

2.This Court went through the contents of the Complaint. It is seen that no offence at all is made out. The petitioner is a lady and a victim. Her marriage was celebrated only the last year. But she is not living with her husband. She ought not to have been harassed by being summoned.

outcome of the litigation between the parties and is further restrained from summoning the petitioner, pursuant to the impugned complaint dated 29.06.2018 said to have been given by the mother-inlaw Mrs.R.Thilagavathi, W/o. Radhakrishnan. This Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
