Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the petitioner is having ten previous cases of the same nature. 4.Therefore, I am not inclined to show my indulgence, the writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to move the Jurisdictional Court for relief. The respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the Jurisdictional Court without further delay. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
