ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the assignment dated 14.09.2006 issued in favour of the 3rd respondent in respect of the land in Survey No. 452/1, Ayan Pottalputhur Village, Tenkasi Taluk and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the illegal crusher unit run by the 4th respondent in Survey No.452/1, Ayan Pottalputhur Village, Tenkasi Taluk.

2. The first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 & 4 and conduct enquiry in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
