ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C in Crime No.154 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel for the intervener. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ had sold dry fish to the accused. According to prosecution, the

petitioner owes to pay a sum of Rs.11.00 lakhs. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant has produced the letter and cheques issued by the petitioner and also submitted that the petitioner admitted his liability. Since it appears to be a case of cheating and the petitioner is also not willing to settle the amount. This Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
