2. The prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted. The only observation we can make is that if the petitioner is in possession of the petition mentioned property and if the petition mentioned property is a Government poramboke, the authorities will have to adopt due process of law before dispossessing the petitioner. With the aforesaid liberty and observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
