ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and proposed accused with regard to ancestral property of the petitioner. On 22.04.2016 the proposed accused and other persons trespassed into the shop of the petitioner, threatened him with dire consequences. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed stating that a civil suit is pending. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure report has been sent to the petitioner by post.

5.As it is represented that no closure report has been received by the petitioner, it is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
