ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order dated 21/08/2020 of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, vide her letter D.NO.1536/2021 DATED 11/11/2021, requesting for further three months time to dispose of the Sessions Case No.156/2014, pending on its file, this court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.156 of 2014. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 21.08.2020 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.156 of 2014 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter it was extended. Now the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing S.C.No.156 of 2014 and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
