The petitioner wants to be deployed to any needy school as she has been rendered surplus in the school in which she is presently working. During the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent issued proceedings dated 19.06.2023 posting the petitioner at Aathinathapuram Panchayat Union Primary School, Alwarthirunagari Union. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The first respondent is directed to relieve the petitioner from her present station so as to facilitate her to comply with the proceedings dated 19.06.2023. 2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
