RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally in Crl O.P (MD) No. 2415 of 2022 in Crime No. 25 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MOHAMMAD KASIM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2415 of 2022 on 04.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2415 of 2022 on 04.02.2022 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6037 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2415 of 2022 on 04.02.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
