ORDER

It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report in Cr.No.141 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completing investigation, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been sent to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner through post.

4. Under such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law based on the closure report. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is directed to hand over a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as it is submitted that the petitioner has not received the closure report.
