RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court on 10.07.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.7227 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 10.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7227 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.

50,000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousand only] with two sureties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. According to the petitioner, due to his illness, he was unable to appear before the Magistrate concerned with two sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7227 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
