ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.04.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not present. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused has borrowed a sum of Rs.72,000/- from the petitioner, but he did not repay the same. On 26.04.2016, the proposed accused entered into the house of the petitioner, attacked her and abused her by using filthy language. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure report has been sent to the petitioner by post.

5.As it is represented that closure report has already been sent to the petitioner, it is open to her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
