This Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.72 of 2015 in S.T.C.No.129 of 2010, dated 09.04.2016 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case itself has ended in conviction by judgment dated 16.03.2017.
