ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, in Crime No.101 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 306 of IPC and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner married the decased as second wife and subsequently, demanded more dowry and due to the cruelty, the deceased committed suicide by hanging. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner for the above said offence.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the deceased committed suicide due to severe stomach pain and prays for enlarging the petitioner on bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the deceased tortured the defacto complainant demanding dowry and the investigation is pending. Further, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned (*)Judicial MagistrateI, Kumbakonam and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
