ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.J) The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation, seeking a direction to the respondents not to construct the new building namely "Village Service Center" (Kirama Sevai Maiyam) in Survey No.91, Vinayagar Oorani, Thiruvudaiyarpatti, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully. 3.In our considered view, it is the policy decision of the Government to locate the Village Service Centre at a place, which should be more convenient and suitable to the village people and this Court cannot interfere with the same. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
