O RDER This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the respondent police is calling upon the petitioner for enquiry and thereby harassing the petitioner.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that originally there was a civil suit pending between the parties and when the private respondents, who are the share holders in the property, trying to measure the property with the help of a Surveyor. The petitioner is disturbing the same and a complaint to that effect was lodged before the police.

4. It is the duty of the every citizen to co-operate the police for enquiry. Only after the completion of the enquiry, the police can make out whether there is a complaint civil in nature or criminal in nature.

5. In the above circumstances, a direction not to physically harass the petitioner is granted. But, the petitioner is hereby directed to co-operate for the enquiry as and when required by the police.
