Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the 1/3

following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 2 & 3/petitioners were granted bail by this Court on 06.01.2023 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.506 of 2022 before the Court concerned, failing which the bail granted to the petitioners shall stand cancelled automatically. He would also submit that the respondents 2 and 3/petitioners have not complied with the condition as directed by this Court and therefore this petition to cancel the bail is filed. 2.The learned Counsel for the second respondent submitted that the condition imposed by this Court was duly complied with and the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was already deposited to the credit of Crime No.506 of 2022 before the Court concerned on 23.01.2023.
